Warranty policy

Your new watch is backed by a comprehensive warranty from the original date of receiving the watch against all manufacturing defects for 36 months. The only components covered under warranty are the hands, dial, and watch movement. If the watch proves to be defective due to workmanship or materials under normal use, it will be repaired free of charge at the discretion of one of our Repair Centres or replaced. Please note that a return shipping fee will apply to all warranty service. We are not responsible for any freight/courier charges, custom duties, or VAT for warranty claims.


Warranty Exclusions:

(a) Damage, accidental or otherwise, to the watch while in the possession of the Customer not caused by a defect in material or workmanship.

(b) Damage caused by negligence, misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or unauthorised work attempts.

(c) Damage and/or scratches to the finish of the case, crystal, bracelet, strap or other components caused by wear or accidents.

(d) Moisture damage to a watch that is a result of opening the watch, or from broken or damaged components.

(e) Steam damage to any kind of watch.

(f) Damage caused by the Customer's failure to have the watch serviced at the Customer's expense in accordance with the following schedule of regular maintenance.

Please note that the unauthorised opening of caseback or removal of sapphire crystal will lead to an immediate termination of warranty.

Your watch has been manufactured in accordance with our strict processes and are individually tested to meet stated specifications. Nonetheless, they are covered by an international limited warranty against all manufacturing defects. This warranty will last three (3) years starting from the date of shipment of the product, in accordance with the details as specified in our Warranty Policy.
