Refund policy
Returns due to change of mind are not accepted. For a valid return the item must be in an original and unused condition, with protection stickers still on it, including the watch, strap(s), and any other items within the package. All return shipping costs are to be paid by the Customer, including any customs or import fees.
Please note that we cannot accept returns of items if the product has been used, this includes if the plastic wrap has been removed and then reattached, or if the items have been used.
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within fourteen days of delivery by contacting us here with your order number and video (or photographs) of the damage upon arrival. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Returns for warranty issues will be covered by us with our prepaid return shipping label. Simply repackage the item, affix the label on the original package, and send it back to us.
Where an order is returned to us as undelivered, we will attempt to contact you at least three times using your nominated contact details. If we do not receive a response within three months, the order will be considered abandoned and returned to our inventory. Refunds will not be possible once the goods have been returned to stock. If a refund is issued, it will be reduced by any return shipping costs and any taxes charged during the return process.
