Shipping policy

We offer a seamless shipping experience by utilising the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) method for all orders. This means the price you pay at checkout is the final price for your watch; we cover all associated duties, customs fees, import taxes (like VAT or GST), and brokerage charges for your destination country. You will never face surprise fees, taxes, or duties upon delivery. 

Orders of ready stock are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Pre-orders are shipped out once final quality checks have been made (status will be updated via our mailing list and our social channels). Standard delivery estimates 5-30 business days, with longer shipping times during peak seasons (December and June). We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs, but will work diligently to make sure your new watch is delivered as soon as possible. 

We track all orders from the moment they leave our distribution centres. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information, usually within one business day.

Due to regional variations in DDP availability, we reserve the right to cancel orders or offer fulfillment without prepaid duties at our sole discretion, contacting you directly should shipping conditions change.
