Delivery Duties Paid (DDP)

We offer a seamless shipping experience by utilising DDP shipping for all orders. This means the price you pay at checkout is the final price for your watch. You will never face surprise fees, taxes, or duties upon delivery.

Orders of ready stock are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Pre-orders are shipped out once final quality checks have been made (status will be updated via our mailing list and our social channels).

Warranty

Your watch has been manufactured in accordance with our strict processes and are individually tested to meet stated specifications. Nonetheless, they are covered by an international limited warranty against all material and workmanship defects.

This warranty will last three (3) years starting from the date of shipment of the product, in accordance with the details as specified in our Warranty Policy here.

Artisanal Hand-Tessellation

Our dial begins with the sourcing of high-grade abalone shells, which are cut into discs, coloured, and then cut into smaller tiles. These are then aesthetically selected and hand laden by a trained artisan onto a brass base to create our mosaic pattern. The fumé effect is then applied before the dial undergoes polishing. This is followed by machining holes to position our highly polished, plated brass hands and indices. The process ends at the pad printed minute markers.

Engineered Case Architecture

Our unique case construction comprises of four major components - European double-domed sapphire, midsection piece with a tactile screw-down crown with an embossed Y motif, our cornes de vache lugs mounted onto a baseplate, and a stamped caseback design. This structure optimises finishing quality on all components and minimises material wastage, while maintaining 10 atm WR. Alternating finishing techniques are employed throughout to define and elevate Y-01’s silhouette.

Bespoke Tailored Straps

Our curved-end suede straps are designed for a seamless fit that complements our case structure. Y-01 lugs feature a unique set of lug holes compatible with both curved and straight springbars, allowing for a quick switch to FKM for a swim or any desired strap pairings. Available in two sizes, our straps are also leather-backed for comfort and durability. A machined buckle engraved with our Y motif ties the straps together, supporting our belief that every component is essential to the Y-01's identity.

Reliable Precise Calibre

The 9039 is Miyota's premium, high-beat (28,800 vph, 4 Hz) automatic movement, known for reliability and durability especially against similarly priced Swiss counterparts. Its slim profile contributes to our 9.9 mm case, while having a practical 42+ hour power reserve. We prioritise easily serviceable movements such as the 9039 to ensure your Yuen maximises wrist time with minimal service hassle, supported by our global service partners.
